Barovier&Toso possesses an extraordinary collection of historical materials gathered over centuries of glassmaking excellence. The archive holds 22,000 drawings by Ercole Barovier, thousands of technical chandelier designs, historical photographs, letters and vintage postcards, ancient work tools, and a collection of nearly 200 historical Barovier&Toso pieces. These iconic creations and invaluable documents attest to the company’s prominent position in global glassmaking, representing centuries of research, training, and development that illustrate Italian excellence through continuous evolution.

Barovier&Toso is undertaking a comprehensive project to organize this vast heritage through systematic cataloguing and digitization. Upon completion, anticipated within the next few years, the historical archive will be accessible to the public, preserving and showcasing the company’s extraordinary legacy for future generations.
